Please Note: If an item is returned with missing parts, signs of extensive use, or damage not caused by the manufacturer, the return may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

- Damaged or Defective: If an item appears defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Wrong or Missing: If the received product does not match the order, or if the package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

4. Return Shipping Costs

- Original Shipping: Please note that the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, this amount will be deducted from the total.

- Processing: If approved, a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5-10 business days to post these funds to the account.
