1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following countries and regions:
- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico.
- Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Cyprus.
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
- Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines.
- Middle East: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar.

2. Shipping Rates
- United States: Orders within the United States enjoy Free Standard Shipping.
- International: For other countries and regions, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Note: Shipping costs depend on destination, order size, and the carrier selected.
3. Shipping Origin & Delivery Times
United States Orders All orders shipped to US addresses are fulfilled directly from our US warehouse.
- Delivery Time: Typically 2–7 days.
International Orders Orders for customers outside the United States are shipped from our Global Logistics Center (Asia).
- Delivery Time: Typically 5–15 days, depending on the destination country.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or holiday schedules.
4. Carriers We Use
We partner with premium carriers including UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, and YunExpress. To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for your specific region, we may also utilize other trusted logistics partners depending on the destination.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- US, UK, EU, Canada & Australia For orders shipping to these destinations, we cover all customs duties and import taxes. The total billed at checkout is the final price—you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
- Other Regions: Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refusal of Delivery If you refuse a shipment due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the package will be returned to us. The cost of return shipping and any applicable administrative fees will be deducted from your refund. (Please note: Return shipping costs are often higher than the original shipping fee.)
6. Non-Deliverable / Limited Areas
Some remote areas, US territories, and military addresses may not be eligible for delivery or may incur extra fees: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and US Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO). If your address is in one of these or other remote areas, please contact our support team before placing your order.
7. Multiple-Item Orders
Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses (e.g., one from US, one from Asia) to speed up delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Address changes are not allowed after shipping.
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may be too late.
- If an order is returned due to a wrong address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return and reship fees.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, first check with your local carrier, then contact our support team.
- International shipments may be delayed due to customs or local carriers. We will assist, but are not responsible for customs delays or fees.
10. Wrong or Damaged Items
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
- If it’s our mistake, we’ll provide a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label.
- If the mistake is the buyer’s (wrong selection), return shipping may apply.
11. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If you don’t receive tracking info within 4 business days, contact our support team.
