What do the silver lever and knobs actually do?
They are fully functional controls!

Can I switch the backlight to a single solid color (or turn it off)?(

Prefer a simpler look? You can easily turn the backlight OFF completely or adjust the brightness using the Left Knob.

It's really beautiful, and the quality is just like I was expecting. I am pretty happy with it, and as a writer, it motivates me to write more and get in "the mood." The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because I chose the blue keys to have a more authentic sound, but it came with the coffee ones, and apparently, they no longer have the option to have the blue ones on the black keyboard. Not a big deal, but it was a bit of a disappointment and a result of their poor updating of information. Other than that, everything is as expected, and it arrived in 5 days.
I've had this keyboard for a while now and I really love it. I love the tapping of the keys and the back lighting. The only big thing I'd change is that for some reason they decided to make the letters B, D, A, R, O, and Q have little notches out of them. They almost look like they've worn off but it's intentional. I had a real hard time adjusting to the B. My eyesight is very slightly blurred at that distance and I'm not a proper typist so I still look at the keyboard when I type. Other than that I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.
This sounds/feels like a real type writer, the light options for the keyboard are very cool.It types well and seems to keep up well typing quickly. Its a great keyboard is noise is not a concern. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re near other people while using it.
Ok, it's not just like the old typewriter sound but it's pretty close. I just love the feel and sound it makes. The paper return lever changes the light pattern. Very easy to connect to an ipad or any tablet or just replace an old keyboard. The keys are elevated and bounce back just like an old typewriter. Lots of different color patterns to chose from or just have no color at all.
This product does NOT disappoint me at all. The keys are so crisp, the lights arte gorgeous, and pairing is so easy. You will not be displeased (and yes I am typing this from it right now!). Dub five stars :)
First off, this is not a full sized keyboard so please manage your expectations for that. I use this keyboard for my Samsung Z fold 5 phone. The keys really sound like mechanical typing. And the colors are beautiful. They can be distracting however, they are not distracting enough to not type correctly. If you are looking for a great ASMR keyboard for a mobile viewing device like a tablet or phone, or are looking for a keyboard that doesn't take up too much space than this keyboard is what you are looking for.Conns: I am a petit person, so my wrists get tired when I type for long times because the height of the keyboard is too high for me. I have a wrist rest and it is just fine. Second, the silver support metal bracket that is meant to support the device is a little small I would say for bigger devices, I would say this wouldn't work well unless you have a seperate stand. I have a wallet case on my phone and the flap that holds my cards when its open provides extra support. Lastly, the area where the phone or device is meant to sit is very narrow. So, it will not work if you have ANY kind of case on your device. You can't see it in the picture but, when I am using it without another stand, I use the side that doesn't have a protective case around the bezel for it to sit right in that slot.
Bought this for my wife’s office and she loves it. Has a vintage look to it since she’s into that and it also lights up. It’s not so loud as other mechanical keyboards but it has a great feel to it.
I got this keyboard as a gift for my friend to use with their iPad. It’s lightweight and easy to setup and use. Compatible with several different devices. Sleek design and backlighting are extremely eye appealing. Craftsmanship ship is definitely high quality. Overall this was definitely well worth the value and it made for an excellent gift. I highly recommend.
This is a really cool and unique keyboard for anyone who wants something a little different than the herd! Comes with two extra replacement keys in case anything should happen. The lights are pretty cool too. Definitely 5 stars!
The pulsing lights when I press a key, the sound of a typewriter, the ability to have different devices to it along with it being a phone/tablet stand, and you can swap the keys… This is my favorite keyboard in my collection of keyboards.
I really love it, it was easy to setup and figure out. Only complaint is the capslk and windows key lights don’t work, but it doesn’t really bother me as they’re at the edge of the keyboard.
I'm addicted 😩 I got this for work, but I want more! It's so pretty and easy to use! I bought this as a novelty item but it proved to be a very useful tool for my 12.9” iPad Pro. As a keyboard it works amazingly well. I had read the reviews saying that the iPad wouldn’t be held up properly so I was prepared to design something that worked for that. The designing was fun in itself. I made a simple stand using my 3D printer and it worked perfectly! Then things got out of hand. I decided to made a retro-style gear and cam system so you could adjust the angle of the iPad by turning a knob. Yes, I’m aware it could have been much more simple but that misses the point. So what if I spent a hundred hours on a barely useful mechanism but hey, I’m retired! The keyboard and holder always get a lot of attention from visitors.
The cutest purchase for school I’ve made! I love how you can choose the led patterns or not have them on at all. This is wired and also can be Bluetooth. The knobs on the side are for the lighting brightness and volume control. There is a small learning curve for certain keys but overall simple to plug in, connect, and use! You can change the key shortcuts in keyboard section of system preferences and press tab and the key you want it to be instead.
I had been a little worried with others reviews but it’s actually pretty great! I love the feel and the clicks, and I seriously would have given this product a full set of stars but alas, there are a couple of downsides….So the keyboard is definitely flat- which is great for me- but on the occasion where I’m adjusting how I sit, I like to adjust the height of my keyboards to fit my wrists a bit better. However, this is a minor thing, in my opinion.I’m a little sad that you can’t adjust the angle of the stand. It fits my iPad Pro 10.5” beautifully, but unfortunately (because I like to sit in bed with my little lap desk) I have to crane my neck a lot because of the fixed angle of the stand for the iPad. I highly recommend in future products/updates, to make adjustable stands, but these are literally my only two gripes!The keyboard isn’t as light as I initially thought it might be. I love the sound of the clicks, the lights, the pure look and feel of this keyboard. I will say that this is perfect for peeps with smaller hands, but not so great for those who don’t. It’s VERY small, very compact, and VERY portable. In fact, ladies, I can fit it in my purse. O.O Then again, I have a big purse. XDAfter a little bit of searching and digging around (mostly just looking at reviews before buying) thanks to everything I came across, I was able to easily link it up to my iPad Pro. I did think, at first, that it might be dead and that it might need to be hooked up to a charger first, but that wasn’t the case at all. Turns out all you have to do is flip the “on” switch in the back of the keyboard. Lol. But it’s fairly self-explanatory, extremely straightforward, and perfect for travel. So far.I have yet do any hardcore gaming on it just yet, mostly because I wanted it for my iPad rather than my PC, but if I do end up using it for my gaming, I’ll be sure to update my review. The backlight has many options. It has a great feel that may take some practice for touch typing. Overall a nice product and responsive customer service if you have a problem with the keyboard.

The typewriter mechanical keyboard is a blast to use, giving you that classic clack and retro vibe with every keystroke. It’s not just a fun throwback—it's solid and feels great to type on. It also has different lighting modes on it which is great when you want to type with a dim light. It is aesthetically pleasing as well.Although I had a slight issue with it bringing up different things on my window, I reached customer service they handled things very well, even with me being frustrated, they were very professional.I appreciate the help and the understanding as I don’t have to do anything extra to be serviced. They were exceptional.
The keyboard is high quality and the keys give that satisfactory click when typing. It takes up very little storage space and can be taken from home to office with ease.
This keyboard is fun to use and show off. it looks like a typewriter and fits the aesthetic of my desk. It sounds nice crisp and while sounding like a type writer. It's lightweight and easy to travel with. it's a small keyboard but still very easy to type with. I really like the clicker on the side as it gives a real typewriter feel. overall it's a great keyboard and I will be using this as my main keyboard.

For fellow click lovers, that's all you need to know.It emulates a type writer feel very well - minus the super hard pressure needed to press a key, but oh is it satisfying to type on this thing. I want to type all night, I look forward to typing.The company seems like they really care about their customers and includes a nice little recyclable bag along with some thank you cards and the such. These are extras touches that we are not used to when buying from cold tech giants as Apple, but it really makes you feel as if they appreciate your purchase.The build quality is nice, and the charging cable is SUPER good quality.Is it real wood? No...but who cares this thing feels good, types great and most importantly looks/feels premium. Worth every penny.
I love everything about this keyboard from the price point all the way down to the functionality. The typewriter look/style, mixed in with RGB, Bluetooth/wired connectivity and the keys.Friends and family have asked me about the keyboard which makes it a huge conversation piece.
The key board worked really good and I used it as my desktop keyboard. The colors were bright but a little bland in color differentiation but was good with the light patterns which was controlled with the lever I thought was a good quality. Nothing felt cheap and felt really sturdy but I will have to say that I recommend this strictly for on the go or for other digital devices and not a main keyboard for a desktop tower which I originally bought it for but the keyboard was too small and didn’t have any comfort with no where to put my wrists at the lower part of the keyboard. The buttons sounded very satisfying tho with the space button getting stuck on the way back up after being pressed sadly after a couple days of use and all in all it worked as intended but just wasn’t meant for me in the end with a couple minor complaints.
The ASMR this keyboard makes is phenomenal, it reminds me so much of the old typewriter I used to have. The lights are attractive and it works very well with my iPad Pro. I can change volume without hassling with the iPad buttons and type quickly. They definitely need to make a matching numerical keypad!
